Opportunity assessment
Process-level review across functions, scored on value, feasibility and data readiness.
What we do
Six service lines under one contract. Most engagements combine two or three; none of them requires you to hand off to a second vendor at the boundary.
01 · 4–6 weeks · grant-eligible
Discovery, opportunity assessment, roadmap and business case. We map where your work actually sits — the processes, the systems, the people — and rank the candidates by value against effort, not by what demos well.
Process-level review across functions, scored on value, feasibility and data readiness.
A sequenced plan with dependencies, owners and the decision points where you can stop.
Costed, with the assumptions written down so your finance team can argue with them.

Production agentic systems on the Claude Agent SDK — architecture, build, evaluation and deployment. Multi-agent coordinators, structured extraction, retrieval with citation. Built to be evaluated, not just demonstrated.
Agent topology, tool surface, failure modes and escalation criteria, written before the first line of code.
Automated evaluation of agent behaviour against a held-out set — not unit tests standing in for judgement.
On Anthropic API or AWS Bedrock, in your region, inside your boundary where you need it.
03 · 4–12 weeks
Connecting Claude to the stack you already run: tool and resource interfaces, authentication, data flow. The integration layer is where most enterprise AI projects quietly fail, so we treat it as the main event rather than the last mile.
MCP servers over your internal systems, with schemas strict enough to prevent invented values.
Identity, scopes and per-user access carried through to the model boundary, not bypassed at it.
What moves, where it lands, how long it stays, and who can see it — documented and enforced.
04 · 3–8 weeks
Data governance, residency and access control. PDPA alignment, audit trails and security review — produced as artefacts your risk function can sign, not as assurances in a slide.
Where data sits, which sub-processors touch it, and the controls that keep it there.
Mapped against Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, with a Data Protection Officer appointed.
Prompt, tool call, retrieval and decision logged to a standard that survives an audit.
05 · 2 weeks to 6 months
Role-specific programmes, internal champion networks and governance frameworks. The system only holds if the organisation around it changes with it.
Different curricula for engineers, analysts, legal and leadership — because the risks differ.
Named internal practitioners who carry the practice after we leave, with a support line back to us.
Usage policy, review gates and escalation paths, written for your organisation rather than adapted from a template.
06 · 1 day to 12 weeks
Certification pathways and an internationally benchmarked AI curriculum, for every level — delivered by the same practitioners who build the systems.
The architect track, from foundations upward, for the people who will own your systems.
Cohort-based, run against your own use cases rather than generic exercises.
An AI curriculum measured against international standards, for every level of the organisation.
The end state
We are not trying to become a dependency you cannot remove.
Repositories are yours from the first commit. Documentation is written as we build, not assembled at the end. Your engineers sit in the build, and your people leave certified on the system they now own. If you decide to run it without us, nothing needs to be handed back — you already have all of it.
Commercials
All figures quoted exclusive of GST. Discovery is priced separately from build, so you are never asked to commit to a number before the scope is known.
| Model | Structure | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-fee project | Milestone-based, defined scope | Packaged offerings, clear requirements |
| Phased fixed-fee | Discovery priced separately, build priced after | Complex builds, uncertain scope |
| Retained capacity | Monthly, defined team allocation | Ongoing development, multiple workstreams |
| Training programme | Per-cohort or per-programme | Enablement engagements |
Up to 50% of your development cost may be covered. We have a dedicated grants officer who will prepare and run the application with you, in collaboration with the SME Centre.
Eligibility is assessed case by case. We do not guarantee approval and are not a grant consultancy.
What is always included
Next steps
Most engagements start with a discovery call — up to an hour, at no charge — and a scoped proposal within five working days.
